Heavy paperboard was offset printed in full color with gloss film lamination added for extra durability. Inside of the custom flip top box, a litho labeled corrugated insert was affixed to hold the plastic swatches. The angle of the piece combined with the die cut slots created the perfect presentation. The flap also has a die cut of the plastic swatch that lines up perfectly with the base of the box when the flap is closed.
I Dream Solutions handled the fulfillment of these plastic swatches as well. Careful attention to detail was a must as these swatches needed to be collated in a certain order. Installation instructions were provided and the entire kit was shrink wrapped and bulk shipped to our customer's distribution list. |
